I had a pretty solid stay at Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth in Munich. The room was clean and spacious, with some great amenities, making it comfortable overall. However, I did struggle with the heat since there was no AC, which made sleeping a bit tough. The location was fantastic, close to the river and several dining options, but I did find the lobby area kind of limited for meeting others.
